Thanks for your inquiry. You could kindly ask your project manager to set "Send Welcome Message" as Yes when adding a new user since by default, it's set as "No" or turned off. Otherwise, if it's already been setup, you might have to check on your spam filters. Also, when it comes to delays, I'll still look onto it since it would also depend on ActiveCollab system itself which is beyond our control. Thanks for you response Joanna. It is not a spam problem.
Did you get the names we need removed from Kathy D's Project Management System? Is it possible to get the names removed quicker. We cannot move forward without your help because you have the control. Spam is not the problem and we are experiencing challenges and difficulties when someone is placed on the system and does not receive the email we send. We then must request that you remove them to send another email with a link to join. It would be great if you could remove these names today as we are at a standstill until that is done.
